Shipping Policy

All lamps are handmade to order. Please allow 2–4 weeks for production and delivery — each piece is individually cast, cured, and quality-checked before it ships.

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. All orders ship with tracked delivery.

Processing Time
Production begins within 24 hours of your order. Because every piece is made by hand, production times may vary slightly between orders. The timeline stated on each product page reflects the current production and delivery window.

Shipping Rates
Shipping costs (if any) are calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Order Tracking
A tracking number is emailed to you as soon as your order ships. Please allow 2–5 days after the shipping notification for tracking to show movement, as carriers update their systems at different speeds.

Incorrect Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout. If a package is returned to us due to an address error, we can reship it for a reshipping fee.

Delays
Occasionally carriers experience delays outside of our control. Delays within the production and delivery window stated on the product page are not grounds for cancellation or refund. If your order significantly exceeds the stated window, contact us and we'll make it right.
